Mehreen began her modeling career while studying at Lahore’s Home Economics College, where renowned Pakistani makeup artist discovered her Ather Shehzad. Since then, she has worked as a commercial model for brands such as PTCL and EVO and walked runways for prominent Pakistani fashion designers.

As CEO of the Pacific Islander Festival (PIFA), Mehreen was also a brand ambassador for French cosmetics company L’Oreal in 2011. She has graced the covers of well-known magazines such as Vogue, Marie Claire, and Time, and was the first Pakistani model to appear on the cover of Middle Eastern fashion magazine Alamra.
